Appointment/Delivery.
IMPORTANT! Please read below in its entirety. It only takes a minute, and it will make our transactions smooth and easy!
- After your order is submitted, CDC will promptly text you to set an appointment time.
- Residential delivery. Simply instruct your delivery driver by text to either wait in his/her car for you to come outside or bring the order to your doorstep.
- Non-residential delivery. If the delivery location is not at a residential address, please enter the nearest business address to your location at checkout.
- IMPORTANT! If you are meeting the delivery driver at a non-residential location to pick up your order, only you, the verified member, can come to the appointment.
There cannot be anyone else in the car with you. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- Tips for your driver are encouraged, but are not a requirement.
- Appointment rescheduling or cancellation. In the event that you need to reschedule/ cancel, please make a courtesy text or call to your delivery driver to reschedule an appointment or to cancel an order ASAP.
Product.
- All CDC products are pre-weighed out in 1/2 oz containers and vacuum sealed, but your delivery driver will have open samples of each flavor for you to look at and inspect.
- All CDC flower shall be loud and have firepower!
- All imperfections on discounted product (like the occurrence of seeds inside the bud) will be disclosed in the product description in The Shop.
Order.
- All sales are cash on delivery (COD).
- Try to have exact change on hand for the purchase. In the future, we will be rewarding members with exact change with free pre-rolls.
- If you review samples with your delivery driver and change your mind, you can opt for a different flavor of the same quantity and price as original order.
- You may add on to your order with your delivery driver at the appointment if your delivery driver has inventory on hand to accomodate you.
- All sales are final. After you inspect the sample products at the delivery appointment with your delivery driver and confirm your decision, you will not be able to exchange or return the product for a refund.
